Room amenities include air conditioning (there is a surcharge for air-conditioning cabanas), balcony, CD/DVD player, ceiling fan, coffee/tea maker, hairdryer, iron/board, maid service, safety deposit box, shower, smoke detector, sprinkler system, telephone, and VCR.

Children Policy: All children welcome. One child 15 and under free of charge when sharing room with parents. Children 16 and older are charged. Cabanas do have a futon for one additional person per cabana.

Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Top Banana Cabana - The best locations at the resort. These rooms stand over the water on stilts and have viewing panels (2'x4') in the floor that reveal tropical fish underfoot with unobstructed views of the ocean.

Aqua Vista Cabanas - Right at the water's edge and anchored on sea side rocks offering unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. Some have plexi-glass floor panels (2'x4') that reveal the sea life at the ocean bottom.

Sea Forever Cabanas - Set back slightly from the water's edge, but offering direct access to the beach, plus unobstructed ocean views from the veranda.

Coco Coral Cabanas - Watchtowers in a scenic wonderland dot the bluffs and nine coves, and have partial views of the ocean as well as the coastline.

9 Beaches offers the following restaurants:

Hi Tide Restaurant - Serves a full and "Tapas Style" menu. Expect an eclectic menu with internationally inspired modern cuisine. At Hi Tide, dine indoors or on the poolside deck outdoors and a stones throw from the beach and water's edge. Open 8am-10:30am for full breakfast and 6pm-10pm for dinner. Reservations recommended for dinner.

The Barefoot Gourmet - Creates sunlit lunches and candlelit dinners on any of the nine gorgeous beaches. No shoes required! Burrow your toes into the warm sand and clear water, as you savor dishes from Hi Tide or just about any item you desire. Available anytime with 24-hour notice (surcharges will apply).

A La Carte - The resort's roving dining cart provides snacks, light meals, beverages, and other goodies. Food and drink follow you anywhere, whether it's to your cabana or your favorite beach at 9 Beaches. Simply dial a la carte on the 9 Beaches cell phone--a cell phone is provided free of charge to every cabana. Available 8:30am-8:30pm.

9 Beaches offers the following bars:

Um Um's - Upstairs from Hi Tide is Um Um's--a full bar and the perfect place to relax with a cocktail after a day of fun in the sun. The terrace overlooking the pool, the beach, and the ocean is where you want to be when the sun goes down.

Dark 'N Stormy's Beach Bar & Grill - At the Resort's heart is Dark 'n Stormy's, our laid-back beach bar and grill...it's right by the main beach! Light cuisine is available from lunch through the dinner hour. And of course you'll be able to enjoy Bermuda's national rum drink, Dark 'n Stormy - made with genuine Gosling's Black Seal rum. On special theme nights, visit Dark 'n Stormy's for a round of cocktails by the romantic fire pit or indulge in multi-course feasts like our Steak 'n Seafood Grill or Caribbean Grill.

Note: Although Dark n' Stormy's is not open for service in December, guests are welcome to sit on the deck and enjoy food or beverages by simply making a phone call to A la Carte, who will deliver anywhere on the resort - including Dark n' Stormy's.

- Each year, the resort will be closed January-March.

- The hotel will arrange to have a taxi meet you at the airport. You will be whisked to Ely's Harbor where a private boat will bring you the last 10 minutes to 9 Beach's dock. You will be welcomed with a cool drink, and warm greetings.
