The restaurant features bison; caribou; elk; lamb; salmon; halibut; smoked, cured or roasted wild game; fresh indigenous berries; wild fruits; vegetables; mushrooms; and mixed grains--all artfully assembled and professionally served. Open year round from 7am to 10 pm. Cilantro Mountain Café - With Cilantro Mountain Café we added the influences of our Native Indian past, local wild game and our own creativity and culinary expertise. The result is true to the spirit of California Cuisine, but more rustic and hearty than you would find in the city and completely unique.
