Carlisle Bay offers the following restaurants: Indigo On The Beach - Peaceful and informal beachfront setting overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Offers simply delicious light and healthy food with an accent on grills, fresh seafood and wonderful salads. Open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This restaurant also offers beach barbeques and live entertainment once a week. Open daily from 7:00am-10:00pm. No dress code. East - A fantastic contemporary setting for dinner with an eclectic mix of Japanese, Thai, Indian and Vietnamese food. Families with children under six years old who wish to eat at East should be seated between 6:30pm and 7:15pm, and leave shortly after 8:00pm. Open daily for dinner only from 6:30pm-10:00pm. No dress code. Reservations required. 24-hour room service is available. Bars - Carlisle Bay
Carlisle Bay offers the following bars: Indigo On The Beach Bar Adjacent to Indigo on the Beach restaurant overlooking the secluded scooping bay. With beautiful contemporary Italian furniture and a unique dark wood bar inset with hand-laid light gray pebbles. Offering freshly squeezed juices, afternoon tea, a long cool drink or cocktails before dinner. General Opening Hours: Open daily from 9:00am until late. Jetty Bar - Informal beach bar opposite the jetty with great views along the beach and out over the ocean. Ideal for a drink after a swim or water sports. Perfect for a beer while the sun goes down. This bar also offers fabulous candlelit dining on the jetty every evening. Utterly private. Maximum of one table each night (weather dependent). Advance bookings are required. Pavilion Bar - A luxurious setting for light snacks, afternoon tea or drinks before dinner; with piano or jazz every night. Open daily from 9am until late.
