Walliser Stube - Return from the splendor of the great outdoors to the promise of an indulgent dinner. Old World traditions come to life between rich wood-paneled walls punctuated by dramatic views and lively conversation. Rustic loft ladders and heart-carved chairs yodel Alpine charm. The tempting aromas of our signature fondues fill the air. Unwind and enjoy this unique setting while sampling a classic Swiss and Contemporary menu that generously embraces international accents. From the first sip to the final moment, we promise an evening of simple perfection. Open for dinner and reservations are required. The dress is resort casual. Tom Wilson Steakhouse - Named after the first non-native to lay his eyes on Lake Louise, the newly opened Steakhouse offers a journey that begins with a selection of sample appetizers called small plates, accompanied by freshly baked Naan bread. It continues with the finest cuts of local Alberta beef and bison prepared in the restaurant's open kitchen - all in an urban and upbeat setting. Dinner is available from 6-9pm. Resort Casual with no athletic or sports wear. Reservations required.

Poppy Brasserie - Early-risers who want to kick-start a day of sightseeing, skiing or hiking, can catch the first rays of morning light on the mountain peaks opposite the Poppy Brasserie's expansive windows. You'll be greeted with offers of fresh orange juice, coffee and tea, followed by a menu of gourmet choices or our generous Full Mountain Breakfast Buffet. Chateau Deli - Dash in - dash out - some days you just can't wait to get going. Our Chateau Deli is open 24-hours-a-day. From early breakfast to a late-night snack, there is always time to sit down and relax, or get it to go. Call ahead and we'll have your backpacker lunch, stuffed with plenty of gourmet goodies, ready for pick-up. Fast, fresh and made for every taste, drop by the Chateau Deli anytime of the day or night.

Victoria Room - The Victoria Room proudly represents the mountain and the queen it is named after: grand, classic and of infinite surprise. Retreat to this oasis from a bygone era where the brilliant blue of Lake Louise stretches out below. Dine surrounded by massive stone fireplaces, glowing chandeliers and folksy alpine portraits at the end of every beam. Imagine lunch buffet tables covered with a lavish selection of hot and cold specialties - dishes like shrimp, sirloin of beef and an entire garden of salads. Lakeview Lounge - One architectural element exemplifies why the Chateau's Lakeview Lounge is so special. Seen through the room's signature Palladian window, the awe-inspiring Victoria Glacier, surrounding Rocky Mountain peaks, birds circling the forested slopes and dramatic sunsets. A Canadian treasure of fine beverages, glorious views and classic style, this perfectly situated nook is far more than just a place for drinks. The dress code is resort casual. Open daily from Noon to 9pm.

Glacier Saloon - Swing through the doors of the Chateau's Glacier Saloon for a footloose and fancy-free journey to the Wild West of yesteryear. The open and friendly spirit of the legendary cowboy brands this casual place to meet and mingle where you will feel equally comfortable in jeans or elegant dinner suits and dresses. Sip a cocktail, shoot a game of pool, sit back and listen to the music, even do some dancing. Open from late afternoon to the wee hours for drinks, easygoing pub meals, light snacks and nightcaps. In winter, enjoy the après-ski action. Come summer, relax outside on The Lakeside Deck. The dress code is casual and the saloon is open from 6pm to Midnight.
