Old Hickory Steakhouse Restaurant - Take a path through the mysterious Everglades to the eclectic setting of our signature steakhouse restaurant, where our knowledgeable servers and personalized service make for a truly memorable dining experience.

At Old Hickory Steakhouse, you'll find a serious menu in the tradition of the best world-renowned steakhouses. Inside, guests congregate over retro cocktails and enjoy the highest quality 1855 Certified Premium Angus Beef. Old Hickory Steakhouse offers a seductive selection of handcrafted cheeses and an extensive wine list.

The Old Hickory lounge is open daily from 4:30pm until 11:30pm, while dinner is served nightly from 5:30pm until 10 pm. Old Hickory Steakhouse restaurant is located in the Everglades Atrium. Business-casual attire is requested. Reservations are highly recommended.

Sora - A brand-new hotspot that's as fresh as it is funky, Sora combines the art of sushi with the style of South Beach. Sora — meaning "blue sky" in Japanese — features a full bar offering eclectic and handcrafted drinks elegantly branded as "divine" and "distinct" or "savory" and "sumptuous." It's truly a culinary art form fused with South Florida chic.

With style to spare and a to-die-for menu, Sora is a creative venue for dinner, and a funky, hip vibe makes it the place to be seen. Our specialty sushi ranges from startlingly fresh sashimi and the ever-popular dragon roll, to our signature cucumber roll. Larger dishes are available in the evening hours, including exotic peking duck and miso-glazed Chilean sea bass.

Sunset Sam's Fish Camp - With its landmark mast towering overhead, this "harbor of hip" as it's called, will whisk you back to the days of Ernest Hemingway sitting dockside with oversized cocktails.

Start your experience by stepping aboard the 60' sailboat for an appetizer. A tropical oasis of excitement, Sunset Sam's menu is a creative fusion of Floridian and Caribbean favorites, with a variety of fresh seafood prepared to your preferred specifications.

Begin with appetizers aboard the sailboat, including crab cakes, conch fritters, "cigar" shrimp and Prince Edward Island Mussels. If the atmosphere – and the island-style music – fail to seduce your senses, the sinful desserts will. At sunset, a lively celebration begins, giving an excuse to party every night.

Lunch is served daily from 11:30am until 4 pm. Dinner follows from 5 pm until 11 pm, with bar service from 11:30 am until midnight. Sunset Sam's is located in the Key West Atrium. Attire is casual, and reservations are recommended.

Villa de Flora - Set in the grand dining room of a Mediterranean villa, the six magnificent kitchens of Villa de Flora form a European-style market with a seasonal menu inspired by various cuisines enjoyed in France, Italy, Greece and Spain.

Guests can season meals to their liking by snipping fresh herbs from plants growing at their table. A focused wine list is accentuated by traditional Mediterranean offerings, including sangria. Breakfast at Villa de Flora gives diners an opportunity to experience coastal favorites, along with standard morning fare.

Breakfast is served weekdays from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., and until 11:00 a.m. on weekends. Sunday brunch is served from noon until 3:00 p.m.

Lunch is served weekdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturdays from noon until 2:30 p.m. Dinner is served nightly from 5:00 until 10:00 p.m.

Peppered with nightly entertainment, bar service is available from 11:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Villa de Flora is located in the St. Augustine Atrium, and attire is casual.

Cantina del Sol Poolside Bar & Grille - Tropical drinks and memorable views, along with poolside dining reminiscent of Ocean Drive's sidewalk cafés... this is what Florida is all about, and it's precisely what Cantina del Sol Poolside Bar & Grille delivers.

Enjoy a fresh mix of American and Mexican favorites. The mouthwatering cheeseburgers—with certified Angus beef and toppings like guacamole, sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños—have never tasted better. The salads are sensational, and the drinks always refreshing.

And with TVs throughout the restaurant, you won't miss any sports highlights from your favorite teams. Open daily from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m., Cantina del Sol is located poolside.

Auggie's Jammin' Bar - At the heart of Gaylord Palms, you'll find its pulse… at Auggie's Jammin' Bar. Auggie's serves up signature cocktails and specialty drinks, and a calendar of live entertainment, beginning most nights at 9 pm. Auggie's is located in Emerald Plaza, and is open most evenings from 7 pm until 1:30 am, with last call announced at 12:45am.
