Children Policy: There shall be a maximum allowance of 2 children under 12 years per room sharing with parents at no extra charge with existing bedding. No children are allowed on the Brisas Beach Club floor. Deluxe - This is an oceanview room with 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Brisas Beach Club - Oceanview, 2 twin beds or 1 king bed, and concierge service. Includes Continental breakfast served daily in the Brisas Lounge on the 20th floor and cocktail hour in the evening with domestic brands and hors d'oeuvres. Children 12 and under are not allowed in the Brisas Lounge. Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults. Junior Suite - The bedding consists of 1 king size bed with a terrace.
