Playa Linda Beach Resort offers the following restaurants: Basi Ruti Beach Bar & Terrace - Tropical drinks and good times are provided daily at the beachside bar serving breakfast from 7 – 11am, and lunch from 12 - 4 pm at the terrace. The bar is open from 10 am - 6:30 pm, with extended hours on the evenings of the Terrace's Theme Nights. Two-for-one drinks are offered each day from 12 – 5pm. Azzurro - Our newest restaurant concept offers fine Italian cuisine and an enchanting view out onto the Caribbean Sea. Located just beyond the pool area in the former home of the Linda Vista, the restaurant is open 11am through 11:30pm serving dinner. Haagen Dazs - Give into the temptation and cool down with a sweet snack from our ice cream parlor located next to the Basi Ruti. Häagen Dazs is open daily from 10am - 6pm. Sushi-Ya - Exquisite Japanese cuisine under the stars. Menu also features contemporary hot plates, sashimi, cold appetizers and salads. Open from 5.30-11pm. Mini Market - Situated in the lobby, the mini market is open daily from 9am - 8pm and Sundays from noon - 8pm.
