Each of the 345 guestrooms has recently been updated with new carpet and new lanai furniture. The rooms are a minimum of 500 square feet in a size and are decorated in soothing tones of warm white, beige and cream. Each room features a private lanai, offering views of the ocean, lush tropical gardens, or Mt Haleakala. Room amenities include remote control cable television, VCR, telephones equipped with a data-line to accommodate modems and fax machines, complimentary safes, iron/ironing board, mini-refrigerator, deep-soaking tubs, double basins, bath products, complimentary coffee and tea provided with in-room coffee maker, complimentary newspaper delivered 5 days per week, hairdryer, make-up mirror. Either 1 complimentary roll-away or crib will be provided. Children Policy: Children 17 and under are free of charge when sharing room with 2 paying adults. Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests. Terrace - Located on the mountain side of the hotel, these rooms face beautiful Mount Haleakala and the tropical gardens, one king-sized or two queen-sized beds. Rooms in this category offer guests the exclusive services of Mokapu Beachfront host, complimentary full breakfast buffet for up to two people at the Palm Court, personal room escort, and a private swimming pool for use of Mokapu Beachfront guests only. The Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort offers the following restaurants: Palm Court - Open air restaurant featuring a daily breakfast buffet, a la carte services nightly and a variety of dinner buffets. Reservations suggested. Maui Onion - Poolside restaurant open for lunch cocktails and appetizers featuring 3 shaded pavilions with ocean views. Sunset Terrace - Breathtaking oceanviews, enjoy cocktails and appetizers while listening to the soothing sounds of a local guitarist. In the morning enjoy an early rise continental breakfast service and espresso bar. Open from 6:30am-11am daily. Hana Gion - Authentic Japanese cuisine featuring a sushi bar, nabemono, and teppanyaki style, open 6 nights a week. Wailea Sunset Luau - Luau is complete with an open bar, imu ceremony and show. Guests are seated at round tables and food is served buffet style. The luau takes place on our beautiful luau gardens located oceanside. 3 nights per week.
