Stork Club Bar & Grill - Our Stork Club Bar was named after the San Ignacio Resort Hotel's developer, Mr. Escandar's first club in the 60's and today has a history of over 50 years of service to San Ignacio. The Stork Club is fully air-conditioned, offering a relaxed atmosphere. Live local music is arranged on some weekends and the Stork club features its own Menu ranging from tropical cocktails and local rums to exotic martinis and wine, and an array of snacks and appetizers. A variety of local paintings adorn the club and are available for sale.
