Room Categories and Descriptions - St. James's Club Antigua Room accommodations include air-conditioning with either two double or one king-size bed, ceiling fans, hairdryer, private bath with shower and tub, safety deposit box, direct-dial telephone, color cable television, alarm clock radio, bathrobes and private balconies or patios. A roll-away can be put into Club or Premium Rooms. Children Policy: Under the European Plan, children 11 years and under stay free as third or fourth person in room. Under the All-Inclusive plan, children under 2 years of age are free of charge, children between the ages of 2 and 11 are charged as children, and children 12 years and over pay the adult rate. Club Room - Lovely tropical gardenview location with two double beds (king-size bed on request). Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Premium Room - Spacious rooms overlooking sea with one king-size bed or two double beds. Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Beachfront Room - One king-size bed (pillow top), a few with two double beds. Overlooking the beach and sea with a large furnished balcony. The bathrooms are large with huge bathtubs big enough for two. Maximum Occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Suite - One bedroom suite with separate living room, and either ocean view or bay view location. One king-size bed. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults. Two Bedroom Villas - Situated in the Villa Village, each feature 2 separate bedrooms with private bath and shower. Master bedroom has king-size bed, full bath with tub, shower and bidet. Second bedroom has full bath with shower and two twin beds. Villas are equipped with separate dining and living areas with balcony and patio overlooking Mamora Bay. All with full kitchen facilities. Maximum Occupancy: 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed. Dining - St. James's Club Antigua St. James's Club offers the following restaurants: Rainbow Garden - Main restaurant open every day for breakfast and lunch, and selected evenings for dinner. Generous buffets and a la carte choices. Coco's - Casual dining experience. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner with creative buffets and a few a la carte selections. Docksider Restaurant and Bar - An open-air restaurant specializing in bistro-style cuisine as well as Caribbean dishes. Here you'll experience casual, candlelit dinners nestled under palm trees beside Mamora Bay Beach. Piccole Mondo - Set high above Mamora Bay in the "Village," Piccolo Mondo offers creative Italian and fine International cuisine and is ideal for private functions. (For All-Inclusive guests there is a $35.00 per person per reservation supplement). Garden Patio - An outdoor patio where you will enjoy both early morning coffee service and afternoon tea. Limited room service available Dress Code: In the restaurants, shoes are worn, and bathing suits are covered. After 6:30pm, men wear slacks (no shorts or jeans) and collared shirts w/short or long sleeves (no t-shirts or tank tops). Women wear dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes, or tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no "short shorts", cutoffs, or jeans). Jackets are preferred for men on a year-round basis at the Manager's Party and Gala Evening dinners. Jackets for men are required on certain evenings during the Christmas/New Year Holiday time periods. Bars - St. James's Club Antigua St. James's Club offers the following bars: The Reef Deck Bar - By the main pool Jacaranda Lounge Sundowners at Mamora Beach Bar Coco Bay Bar Weddings - St. James's Club Antigua Get married, in style, on the beach of St. James’s Club, Antigua. Our dedicated wedding planners will ensure your special day is one to remember - the bouquet will be ordered, the wedding gazebo decorated and the champagne put on ice. All you have to do is have the most memorable day of your lives! Our special wedding package costs $899 and includes the following: --Services of a wedding co-ordinator --Registrar costs and ceremony charges --Venue - Site on property decorated with flowers for wedding and reception --Bouquet of flowers for the bride --Boutonnière for the groom --One-tier wedding cake --Bottle of champagne --All taxes and gratuities Legal Requirements: One business day is required before a couple can petition the Minister of Justice for a special license to be married in Antigua. The couple will stand before a Marriage Coordinator in the ministry and will complete and sign a declaration at the end of the petition stating that the information given is true and correct(your transportation to the Ministry of Legal Affairs in St. John’s will be arranged by Guest Services and is not included in the cost of the wedding package). The hotel wedding coordinator will arrange for the Marriage Officer to come to the hotel to perform the marriage. The Hotel can pre-confirm time/date of wedding ceremony prior to your arrival upon request. Only civil ceremonies are legally recognized and they are not performed on weekends or legal holidays. Required Documentation: --Original birth certificates (with raised notary seal) and valid passports --Original of the proof of Decree Absolute if one/both of the parties is a divorcée --Original of Death Certificate in the case of a widow/widower --Original proof if name changed by Deed Poll --Optional extras available upon request.
