Every Sunday in season, all guests will experience the tempting buffet of seasonal culinary creations. Themed displays spotlight made-to-order breakfast selections, chilled seafood, artisan cheeses, antipasti and individual appetizers, Mediterranean charcuterie and salads, a sushi chefs presentations, risotto and fresh pastas, grilled salmon, and a carving station. There is also a special presentation of Indian cuisine, and the Pastry Chef creates an artistic dessert buffet.
