Open Tuesday through Thursday: 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday: 6 to 10 p.m. Periwinkle - Whimsy and fun embody the essence of Periwinkle. With its breezy terrace and tranquil lagoon views, Periwinkle celebrates the pleasures of simply prepared seafood, homemade pasta, pizza, and quintessential Mediterranean freshness in this al fresco grill overlooking the resorts winding waterways. Enjoy nightly family friendly movies shown on the big screen under the starry sky. Open: Lunch & Dinner daily from 11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. Seven - Named for the famous beach right outside its door, Seven blends casual Ritz-Carlton elegance with a dash of Caribbean flair. Savor a delicious breakfast in the light filled dining room or on the terrace overlooking Seven Mile Beach and Caribbean Sea. In the evening, revel in the Caribbean’s ultimate steak experience. Open daily for Breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m., Dinner service from 6 to 10 p.m. and Sunday Brunch from 12 to 3 p.m. Taikun - Taikun fuses the finest grade of sushi with authentic ingredients, sophisticated presentation and legendary Ritz-Carlton service. From traditional makis to the freshest sashimi to savory tempura rolls, Taikun delivers an experience worthy of its name, an ancient Japanese term of respect from which the English ‘tycoon’ was derived. One of the hallmarks of the Taikun experience is real wasabi grated tableside. The Taikun staff grates the rhizome against sharkskin in the traditional Asian fashion, ensuring the delicate wasabi root touches only organic materials. Open: Daily from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday & Saturday from 6 p.m. to midnight; Closed Tuesdays. Silver Palm - Immerse yourself in Caribbean elegance in the lounge named for the Cayman Islands' national tree, the silver thatch palm. The lounge features soaring arched windows and a view of waterways and fairways punctuated with lush tropical blooms. Weekdays: 7:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. Afternoon Tea available Thursday through Sunday between 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Reservations required for afternoon tea. Bar Jack - Named for the silvery reef fish so plentiful offshore, Bar Jack is Cayman's best sunset vantage point, poised right at the widest stretch of Seven Mile Beach. During the day and into the evening, dine on Caribbean favorites from the Chef’s grill, then watch the sunset with a well deserved cocktail.
