Some of the dishes prepared include Chateaubriand for Two, Medallions of Veal Oscar, Fresh Maine Lobster, and Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. Several items are prepared tableside. Dessert selection includes Bananas Foster and Crepes Suzette. A Paraguayan harpist performs Monday through Saturday, and those who know insist Paraguayan harpists are indeed the best.
