It is the hotel's policy NOT to allow individuals under the age of 21 to check in without an accompanied parent, or guardian, who is the age of 21 or over. If traveling companion is not related to the adult over 21, the guest traveling will be restricted to double accommodations in which one person must be over the age of 21. Additionally, NO student groups will be accepted unless otherwise agreed to by the hotel. Should a student or student group arrive at the hotel and is accepted for check-in, the hotel will require a $500 pre-paid damage deposit or credit card deposit for each room the student occupy.
