Parlor has a living room with wet bar and a bathroom with a step in shower. Bedroom offers a four-poster Sheraton Sweet Sleeper king size bed and a full bath with walk in closet. Amici, A Trattoria - Dinner at Amici is updated, traditional cuisine served in a stunning two-story location. Delicious antipasto, veal piccata, chicken risotto and fresh seafood dishes are complemented by fine wines and liquors. The wooden gazebos, mahogany columns, marble floors and hand-painted ceiling offer a romantic indoor and outdoor garden setting.

Bimini Market - A high-spirited buffet showcasing a market of international and tropical specialties. Overlooking the lush gardens of the resort, guests enjoy lunch and dinner buffets featuring made-to-order pasta, a carvery of select meats, rotisserie, oven-baked pizzas, and Bahamian dishes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Dolphin Grill - Located in the main pool area, serves salads, fresh sandwiches and tempting snacks poolside over looking the beach and the turquoise sea during the day. In the evening, grilled specialties are served under a canopy of stars. Open for lunch, and casual attire.

Caribe Cafe - Offering desserts in a grab-and-go atmosphere. Open from 6am-6pm.
