Wedding Requirements

Following is a summary of the requirements that US citizens must meet in order to be married in Mexico. Please note that legal requirements can change so be sure to double check the requirements before finalizing your booking.

Mexico	$200.00	2 Days	Yes	Passport and birth certificate. A copy of tourist card or visa. Proof of divorce or death certificate, if applicable. Citizens under 18 years of age need parent or guardian's consent. If parents cannot attend ceremony, they must grant power of attorney to someone to attend the ceremony. Names, addresses, ages, nationalities and tourist card numbers of 4 witnesses (Note: some cities require Mexican witnesses). These requirements vary by state.
