Sandals St. Vincent (5 stars), Canouan Island, St. Vincent & The Grenadines -- Sitting on 50 acres and its own private cove, this couples-only retreat is surrounded by mountains and rainforest. The unique accommodations include two-story overwater villas with butler service, an overwater day bed and stairs that lead directly into the ocean. Royalton CHIC Antigua (5 stars), St. John's, Antigua -- This no-kids resort offers seven restaurants, five bars, a spa, beachfront pools for relaxation and activity pools featuring DJs. Savor fresh seafood at Pescari, the island's only overwater restaurant, while enjoying live performances by the CHIC Angels.
